LvW Highways Ltd is an independent highways, traffic and transportation consultancy formed in 2010 by Karl von Weber and Paul Lacey. Karl is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) and Paul is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Fellow of The Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
The aim in setting up the new company is to provide a high quality highways and transportation service to the development industry, local authority and private clients at a competitive fee.
The quality service is based on our extensive experience gained in both local authorities and engineering consultancies and the competitive fee from the lower overheads of an independent consultancy.
The Directors have come from a Civil Engineering background and have specialised in transportation planning and assisting the development process for a total of 65 years.
